It was lovely to meet so many of you at our Open House last week! Thank you for walking through, introducing yourselves, and giving your kiddos an opportunity to share all about their second grade classroom! As I mentioned at Open House, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns... we can schedule a time to meet at your convenience.

Please encourage your children to show you their home-school folders and assignment notebooks every day. Also, be sure to ask them to tell you about what they've learned in class that day. Talking and teaching about their day will help them solidify their learning. To this end, I will begin sending home a sheet 2-3 times a week that outlines that day's minilessons.
